Banking Schools
The MBA sponsors and co-sponsors banking schools for the professional growth and development of bankers. The schools are designed to promote and enhance skills and knowledge by focusing on the issues, regulations and requirements in different areas of banking.
Students receive a challenging educational experience from a faculty of practicing professionals, financial consultants and academicians in the banking industry who are recognized as leaders in their field. Knowledgeable and capable instructors serve as role models in facing the many challenges and opportunities of today’s and tomorrow’s bankers.
MBA Robert M. Perry Schools of Banking
The MBA Robert M. Perry Schools of Banking were established in 1976 through the cooperation of the Michigan Bankers Association and the College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University. The schools have been dedicated to the memory of the late Robert M. Perry, past executive vice president of the Michigan Bankers Association. Robert M. Perry was dedicated to the development of banker education programs throughout Michigan. As testimony to this, he was instrumental in the creation of the schools of banking. The mission of the MBA Robert M. Perry School of Banking is to serve the banking industry of Michigan through indepth and long-term continuing education programs.
